CHAPTER 2

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIA." I and all the girls scream as we immediately rush into her room.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... what the HELL? ". Mia screams back instantly falling on the floor, scared out of her mind. This was fun.
I and the girls were laughing our ass off at this point. Today was Mia's birthday, so we had decided to wake her up this way because we had so many gifts for her. We all wanted her to see them all and now.
Immediately Vic rushes towards Mia to help her up, while I and Savannah put all our gifts on her bed, sitting down on her comfortable bed. Mia with the help Vic sits down right next to us as we patiently waited for her to open them all up.
This was her second birthday with us, and that was special in every way. we have been friends for two years now, best friends to be precise. These past two years were amazing to all of us and we have gotten so used to each other by now, almost like nobody could separate us. I mean our family members at this point were so surprised to see how close we were and they love it because none of us were pretending to be happy like before.
We eventually met each other's families at Christmas, which was a lot of fun.
Like, Victoria and her parents are close, she has an older brother as well who right now was in the Navy.
Savanna has a huge family, she had her parents, her grandparents, her two older brothers, and one little sister. And Mia, on the other hand, has her mom and dad and two older brothers. We never really got the chance to met them but only her mom and dad who adore all of us. Mia said they were training with her dad. After all, they both had to soon take over the companies, they were next in line so, we kinda get that.
My train of thought stopped when Mia's phone rang and her weird fav song started to play, making all of us cringe. She giggled at our reaction and immediately picked the call.
"Hey, dad." She said talking to him. Mia immediately got a little too excited which instantly caught over attention. We give her some space so that she could have a nice and quiet conversation with them but we wanted to know what was happening.
We all indulged in our conversations and suddenly, out of nowhere, Mia squeaks loud like a dead animal coming back to life scaring the life out of all of us. That even made Sav almost fall off of the bed and if not for Vic that was very much possible. She said her loud "bye" to her dad and cut the call immediately.
"What happened ?." Savannah asked her, fixing herself on the bed.
"Dad wants to have a party for me". Mia announced with so much excitement in her voice, while she jumped a little.
"And the best part is, we get to dress up for it". She said squiggles again.
"Party?. What kinda party?. " Victoria asked Mia.
"A Ball. I remember telling dad to host a ball for me once when I was little and I completely forgot about it. I cannot believe he actually remembers it and now I am gonna have a fucking party. Guess we have to go SHOPPING." She said screaming like crazy, falling on the bed, already dreaming about it. We all joined her in her bed as well, getting comfortable as all our eyes on the ceiling, plain white ceiling.
"I have never been to a Ball before." I was the one to say this to her and both Vic and Savannah agreed with me. We all normally went to some small parties here and there but that was pretty much it. A Ball, on the other hand, sounds just so fancy.
"What do we have to wear?." Savanna asked confused, which was pretty much what all of us were thinking.
"A gown," Mia said. "It will be awesome guys. We get our fairy tale moment, just IMAGINE." Mia's face was glowing as she said all that. I do like the theme though.
"I am in," I said first.
"So am I."
"Me too". Both Victoria and Savannah agreed at the same time.
We didn't waste any time after that and immediately got ready to go get the gowns. Mia took us to her mom's boutique which took us quite some time to reach.
"Let's go inside guys," Mia said walking ahead of us and all of us immediately follow her. Just when we walked inside I thought I was in a dream. The dresses and gowns were to die for, Mia's mother did amazing work. This place was heaven for the girl.
"Girls, you guys finally made it." We all hear Mia's mom and instantly turn to our right to see her making her way toward us. She looked so happy to see us.
"Hello, Mrs. Black." We say together.
"How many times do I have I told you to call me Jessie and not Mrs. Black?." She asked us with a serious look on her face or at least she tried to give us that look.
Jessie was amazing. Both Mia's mom and dad love us because they believe we changed her life. She is happier now than she ever was, and for that reason, they adored us like their own, which was so sweet of them.
"Okay girls, select whatever you want we and after that, all we have to do is the fitting." She said while all of us just stood there in utter shock.
"Jessie, we can't let you just give these dresses for us," Victoria said while she panicked. And I and Savannah too agreed with her as well.
"Girls, I will not say this again, so just start looking." She said immediately pushing us toward the dresses. Was needless to say she scared the crap out of us.
I, Mia, and savanna were having the time of our life, and Victoria well she was yelling at everyone who tried to touch her, which I must say is kinda scary.

This day was very productive really. We did a lot of shopping and by shopping I mean, shoes, accessories, makeup. The dresses, on the other hand, Jessie gift them to us. We all did hesitate to take it at first but she then started to yell at us, which again scared and disturbed us for life. So in all and all, we have it with us.
Now with only 2 more hours left to get ready and leave for Mia's birthday party. I mean birthday Ball.
This was going to be a lot of fun, new and fun.
