Everyone is staring at me and I am freaking the f**k out! They are werewolves! They are fighting over me! Max is here! Should I go with him and maybe lose my heart to him or should I stay here with Lillian and definitely lose my mind? I think about the video and rage stirred up within me but then I think about those sleepless nights here and all the s**t here. I look around, I see Noah and I know what he wants me to do. I see the gay nurse from before and I know what he is thinking… I don't know what I should do! I mean go and lose my heart or stay and loose my mind? My head is spinning and I am starting to see spots. 

“So Ana what is your decision?” Lillian insists. 

I look at her but her perfect stupid face is pissing me off. I wish I could just go home. Wait why can I not just go home? Who the hell do they think they are? They are not the police or the authority! I don't have to listen to them or go with them! I can go home! Everything inside me went calm and I could breathe again! I am not a werewolf! I don't have to obey their rules! 

“My decision?” I ask calm and half smiling. 

They are all looking at me but not Max though. 

“I am going f*****g home! I am not one of you guys and you are not the boss of me so f**k off I am leaving on my own” I say and start walking very slow and painfully across the field. 

I see a few jaw drops but the thing that snapped me out of my confidence is Max smiling a bit, I did not though let that stop me in my tracks. I keep walking, no one is saying anything or trying to stop me. However when I am just about to pass Max about ten steps to the right I am all of a sudden ripped off the ground and my face meets an ass. I am over Max’s shoulder, how the hell did he get to me so fast? 

“You see Lillian? This is my mate and I am going to take her home now”

Fuck.

“I don't think that is what she meant, Max” Lillian says. 

I can not see them or what is happening! I only see Max’s ass! I try to move around a little but he is holding very tightly. 

“Put me down!” I call out. 

Everyone ignored me but then Noah came behind Max and looked at me, he smiles but then he put his finger over his mouth.  I want to bark at him but he does not deserve that, then we start walking and Max turns around. I see Lillian wave at me and I just send her the finger, she laughs and looks away. We walk around the building and every single person here just ignores my screaming and yelling for Max to put me the f**k down. He did put me down in front of the car and came down very close to my face.

“Get in the car Ana” 

I meet his stare.

“Fock off” 

“I mean it Ana” 

I move my weight to my right side and then start to rub my eyes under my glasses. I am sick and tired of this s**t! People, always trying to tell me what to do! 

“Yeah I know you mean it but Max…” 

I look at him. 

“This is just wrong and you know what.. I did some things… you did some things… I have said some things and you have said some things. Lets just call it quits” 

With every word I said he looked more and more confused but by the end he looks like he has no idea of what I am talking about. Well maybe he did not know the girl was filming him, well that is disgusting. We just stare at each other for a little while but then he closes his eyes and grabs my arm ready to force me into the car. 

“ARE YOU NOT LISTENING TO ME?!” I snap at him and rip my arm away from him and take a few steps back. 

There are about four guys and Noah standing around us but all the others have left.

“Yes I am listening to you but you make no f*****g sense Ana! Get in the car!” 

I take a step back shaking my head and he looks very angry. 

“I know that we did not talk about boyfriend or girlfriend or any of that s**t but I am not going to another country to be one of your girls!” I say a little shy. 

“You are not just one of his girls Ana” Noah says from the side. 

I look at him and I scoff. 

“You are not, you are my only girl” Max growls, taking a step closer to me.

I roll my eyes.

“O really? Who of you assholes has my phone?” I say to the men around me.

They don't look away from me or show any kind of reaction, what is with these men? Are they born without emotions?

“Come on! I know one of you has it!”

Then I see Max out of the corner of my eye nod his head, one of the guys steps forward and hand me my phone. 

“I am sorry, I did not mean to call you asshole, I don't know you but I am just angry” 

He pins his lips together and just nods his head like to say don't worry about it. I open my phone, I look through the messages but I don't have to look for long because there is the video. I take the sound off and point my phone to Max, the moment his eyes saw and his brain realized what that was, his face turned from angry to shocked to boiling angry. Noah came from the side and looked at the phone, Max did not stop him so I did not take the phone away but Noah was horrified. He then looked at Max with such anger in his face but Max just met his gaze and they just looked into each others eyes for a little while. This is starting to look weird so I lower the phone and put my hands on my hips. 

“Alrighty so when that is straingten up, can I go home now?”

It was like they remembered that I am here because both their gazes shot at me.

“You thought I cheated on you?” 

I raise an eyebrow. 

“There is no thought I know you did but like I said we were not exclusive so... “ 

“We will meet you at the airport” Max says super fast to Noah. 

Noah just nods his head and they all leave, I watch them leave but I can feel Max’s eyes on me staring ever so deeply. When the other car is gone and we are alone in the parking lot he moves closer to me but I back away. I back into a car but before I could walk around it Max came all the way up to me and boxed me in. He puts both his arms on my hips and I am stuck but I am looking into his eyes, they look hurt somehow. 

“You thought I cheated on you so you went out with the plan to do the same?” 

I am shocked because even though it was ever so faint but I could hear sadness in his voice.

“No, I went out to numb the pain and forget you” 

He picks me up and walks with me over to the building and puts me down in a little shot. No one can see us from here, there is just a wall behind me and him. He leans in and comes very close to me but he does not kiss me but he takes a deep breath through his nose. He lets the breath go out of his mouth. 

“I don't smell s*x on you, I smell drugs and other s**t but you did not have s*x” 

“How did you?” I ask but then I remember he is a werewolf but then again how could he smell if I had s*x?

He leans in closer to me and I feel his forehead against mine. 

“Because you are mine Anabella, you are my mate, I know I did not do this the right way but I just panicked. I didn't know how to handle you and I just wanted you all to myself. I will never cheat on you and I will never do anything to hurt you. Because you are mine!” 

Listening to him say those words made me close my eyes and they are tattooed on my heart, while he is talking he moved lower. Cheek to cheek, his forehead on my cheek until I feel his lips at the base of my neck and shoulder. Then I feel his teeth sink into my flesh and I want to scream out but the only thing that comes out is a moan! I feel fire running through me and I feel some kind of connection bond between me and Max. I warp my hands around him and then I feel him take his teeth out and lick the spot and that went straight to my clit. I grab his face and slam my lips on his, he kisses me back with much force.
