After 50 minutes, we arrived at the restaurant where my dad told my driver. To be honest, I don’t know where this place is and it is my first time to be here.
“Thanks.” I replied to my driver.
“I will wait here until you come back.” He said to me.
“Cool.” I replied to him and entered the restaurant.
As soon as I entered, I saw my dad waiting for me at the reception desk. He was even standing but it seemed like he just stood there for a few minutes. I guess he knew the time we would arrive, since I saw my driver before he started the car when we were still at my school. He was texting. I think he texted my dad and updated him.
Dad is not used to texting me, so he usually texts others to inform me when he can actually just text me. I don’t know the reason why he is not us
