Rylee POV

I wandered back into the house and poked my head inside Ryders room. He was on the bed with his laptop out and a text book typing away and then looking back at the book then typing again. "Well now that's a sight that looks familiar." I said leaning against the door frame. He just smiled. "Lauren go home?" He nodded and stretched his arms above his head. "Yea, and I also needed to study, luckily she understood and didn't complain." I walked in and stopped at his message board that was filled with pictures of us and our friends, notes form classes as well as flyers from events our old school would host. Seemed like life time ago. I grabbed a picture i haven't seen in years. It was a family photo with me and Ryder about 5 or 6 standing in the very front covered in mud. We were a bit of trouble makers. We had gotten into a fight and ended up wrestling and got covered in mud. The stupid grins on our kid faces made me smile. I looked more at the picture seeing family. Our parents arms around each other they weren't looking at the camera but mom was saying something and dad was looking at her like she was the only woman on earth. Our grandparents they came here from Ireland when they were little kids. You can still hear her thick accent when we talk to her. Her and grandpa would tell of tales and myths from their homeland. Ryder and I would sit and listen for hours, hanging on every word. Grandpa had passed when we were in Jr high. I looked at the cousins and aunts, uncles, friends that were like family to us. Our mom was the mom that told our friends to call her mom, and they did. I didn't notice when Ryder had gotten up and walked up behind me till his hand was on my shoulder. I let a single tear fall from my eye. "Seems so long ago." I said placing the photo back on the board. "Yea these all do now" he said as he slung his arm over my shoulders.

"You know when I was told I was having twins, this is what i pictured it to be. My kids being best friends, and each others support. And their worse nightmare too but that goes with out saying." mom popped up behind us in the door way, Dad not to far behind her. We smiled and looked back at the board. "My babies all grown up." She walked up and hugged Ryder from behind who looked at me for help. Before I could let our my laugh at him dad did the same to me. Now Ryder was the one laughing. "Y'all are being super emotional right now and I'm going to have to ask for my parents back" I said tapping dads hand on my shoulder. Mom lifted her head and sniffled a bit. "Aprils mom called and said the kids moved the camping trip. Too many leaving super early for college. They are going the weekend we will be down there. I let her know to let April know you guys will be going as well. So you need to go call her and let her know." I smirked at my mother. "That's why you are all of a sudden ok with Aiden and Lauren coming with us." She made the shh face at me. "I'll go facetime her now." I said. "I'll go get the camping gear out." Ryder said as we both left the room. I grabbed my phone and texted April to make sure she was available for a call. Then joined Ryder shifting through boxes for all our stuff. We just finished pulling our tents out that my phone started to ring. I answered the facetime, but it wasn't her that answered. A big group of our friends yelled hey. I almost yelled but just gasped and started to laugh. Ryder come over to see what's going on and is surprised to see everyone too. We let them know we'd be coming down and camping with them. We all passed the phone around and talked for a bit before hanging up. Ryder and I shared a small smile before continuing to pull our gear out.

We walked in the house and he went to pack some clothes while i did too. Just as i was looking for shirts or long sleeves Ryder came in. "Hey have you.." I started but he interrupted me. "Checked the weather forecast for the trip. Yup back your long underwear its gonna be cold, at least at night." He said showing me his phone. "Great. I love camping in the snow." I rolled my eyes and grabbed all my long sleeves and some flannels with a couple sweaters and jackets. I packed 2 sets of clothes for warm weather some times during the day it was rather warm. Ryder left without saying much more but i figured he was texting Lauren since he walked out looking at his phone with a big goofy grin on his face. I had all y clothes picked out and our gear was out ready for packing later. I flopped on my bed and had just settled in for a movie when Aiden texted me.

Aiden: Hi beautiful

Me: Hi. How's is what ever it is you are doing?

Aiden: Boring, sitting with my dad as he talks to a couple other Alphas from the neighboring pack.

Me: Talks about what?

Aiden: Just some pack stuff, you'll understand. We just have to get you to know about us first.

Me: Got it. Well if you aren't to busy later, do you want to come by for dinner? I'm sure Ryder already invited Lauren.

Aiden: Sure. Can I see you before?

Me: Yea if you have time.

Aiden: Baby I will always make time for you. Just leave your window open. ;)

Me: What do you mean?

Aiden: I'll see you in a bit.

Me: Aiden seriously?

I groaned as I saw he wasn't going to answer. I got up and opened my window, and flopped back down. I spent the next 2 movies checking my phone every 15 min to see if he responded. I got up from the bed to go to the bathroom. As I exited my bathroom a very naked Aiden came climbing in. "You could have used the front door." I said shocked and shamelessly staring. "Its more fun this way. I can see you are very taken by my d**k but if you keep staring at it like that. I'm going to get hard and you're going to have to take care if it."
