The Love Contract

Chapter 3

Simone is looking at Kiara. "You want him? K, we can't kidnap him from here. the place is crowded. We have to wait until he gets off." She is looking around the restaurant.

Kiara looks at Simone. "We will keep kidnapping as an option. But for now, I have something else in mind."

"Okay well you know me I am game for anything with you. But we can't tell my husband if we end up kidnapping him. Bryan might have to defend us later if we get caught. So what are you going to do?" Simone leans closer to her

"I'm going to ask him out on a date." Kiara smiles nodding her head

Okay, that's a good start. Yeah do that, ask him out." Simone said smiling

Kiara picks her glass of wine up and looks at Austin

Across the room, Austin is talking to another waiter. He turns to look at Kiara. "Damn she is beautiful" He is thinking.

"Hey man, is she flirting with you?" The other waiter asks pointing over at Kiara's table with his head.

Austin smiles. Yep, she sure is. I am about to ask that beautiful lady out."

The waiter frowns "Don't you know who she is?"

"Nope. Her friend called her K" Austin is looking at the man

"That is Kiara D'Aramitz. She is a billionaire, owner, and CEO of CKD Hotels. What can you do or give her? You're just a waiter and a student." The man looks at Austin shaking his head

He didn't say anything else to the man. He walks back over to the table to take them their check.

"Austin, would you like to go out to dinner with me?" Kiara said smiling.

He looks at her "Are you playing a joke on me?"

Kiara shakes her head. She is wondering why would he think that she would do that.

"No, K is very serious," Simone is looking at him, pointing at Kiara.

Austin looks over at the waiter that he was talking to a few minutes ago. Then he looks at Kiara. "We're not allowed to date customers."

"Oh, okay." She and Simone said in unison. As they look at him walking away

"Damn, K I can't believe he turned you down. He's so into you. A blind man could see it." Simone frowns looking over at the waiter that Austin had talked to. He is smiling.

Kiara sighed for a minute. "Well, he did." She takes two hundred dollars out of her wallet to leave as a tip.

"Well, what is your next move.?" Simone is still looking at that waiter. "What did that knucklehead say to Austin to make him turn K down?" She is thinking

"I'm not giving up on him yet. He's fine and handsome as hell. I will give him a few days to think about tonight before I come back." Kiara is looking at him walking to their table

Austin brings her back her credit card. "I'm sorry about earlier. I hope you understand the restaurant's policy?" Austin said looking at Kiara

"It's fine. Yes, I do understand. See you soon Austin." Kiara smiles at him as she stands up to walk out of the restaurant.

Simone smiles. "Damn I do believe that K just staked her claim on his ass. That's my girl." She is thinking.

Austin is confused as he is looking at her walk out the door.

"Austin"

Tonight started out like any other night. When I saw two women walk into the restaurant. They both were beautiful. But the one with the light brown 5'7 long wavy dark brown hair caught my eye. She and I had met before. Her eyes are golden yellow or coppery color. I could never forget her beautiful eyes. Because I have never met anyone with eyes like hers. I was so intrigued that the next morning after that wonderful night with her at Desires. I went online to do some research about the color of her eyes. I found out her eye color is called amber. Also, it stated that amber eyes are uncommon.

After that last dance that night I had intentions to ask her out. But when I return to my table. Bobby was drunk and talking loud that the bouncer asked him to leave. So I had to leave to take him home. When I went back looking for her. She had already left. I thought that I would never see her again.

So when she walked into Bailey's tonight I already had my mind made up to ask her out. But she was sitting at a table in Jason's section. I gave him twenty dollars so that I could be her waiter. When she looked at me with those beautiful eyes and that gorgeous smile. I knew then without any doubt that I was in love with her.

When Jason told me that she was a billionaire I knew then that she was out of my league. So I put any thoughts of dating her out of my head. Damn, I can't believe I turned her down when she asked me out. Jason was right for once. I don't have anything to offer her.

"I still can't get over the last words that she said to me. See you soon. I wonder what did she mean by that? Damn, why did I turn her down? What can't I stop thinking about her gorgeous eyes and smile?" Austin yells as he walks out of the shower.

Then there is a knock at his door. "Fuck, I know who that is. It never falls." He mumbles as he slides his robe on. He walks into his living room. He looks at Tanner.

Tanner is playing a video game. "Who is it?" Austin shakes his head. He knows that it's his ex. She comes to his apartment every other night.

"It's Lizzy. Austin let me in. I just want to talk." The woman said from the other side of the door.

"There is nothing left for us to talk about. Hell, it's been over two years since we have been together. Stop harassing me." Austin said through the door. He looks over at Tanner, he shakes his head. As he walks into his bedroom to go to bed. All he can see is Kiara's face when he closes his eyes.

The next morning Kiara walks into Cindy, her assistant's office. She had been thinking about Austin all night. Now she just has to find a way to talk him into going out with her. "Cindy do I have any meetings today? Or anything that is important this week?"

Cindy looks up at her. "None today. But tomorrow you are meeting with Simone and Eric. In regards to the advertising for the restaurants in the hotels."

Kiara takes a sip of her milk tea. "Call Bryan and Simone. See if Bryan can be here in an hour. Tell Simone to also come when he arrives. Don't schedule anything for the rest of this week. I have something personal to take care of."

She has decided the rest of the week, that she is going to focus on Austin. "I still find it hard to believe that he turned me down. I fell in love with Austin that night at the club. I have to have him. Even if the only way is with a contract." She is thinking until Cindy breaks her thoughts.

"Kiara, Spencer is on the phone again. What do you want me to tell him? Bryan and Simone are also on their way up." Cindy is looking at her.

She knew that Kiara is tired of him calling her. Spencer calls several times a day. Every day he sends her flowers or he shows up at Kiara's house. But he doesn't get in because Michael always stops him. She has told Mara and Cindy to throw the flowers away.

"Put the jerk through. Maybe if I talk to him. He will leave me alone." She looks at Cindy.

Cindy laughs. "You know that is only wishful thinking."

"True but let's give it a shot anyway" Kiara is looking at the phone. She takes a deep breath as she waits on Cindy to transfer the call.

"Phone Conversation"

Kiara: Spencer, why are you still calling me?

Spencer: We need to talk? You need to hear me out.

Kiara: What are you going to say? Sorry that your dick was accidentally in Jordan while she was on top of you? So as you can see we don't have anything to talk about.

Spencer: Kiara, do you think that I am going to let you go that easy? You just can't walk away from me. We have been together for a long time.

Kiara: There is nothing between us anymore. Any chance of us being in any kind of relationship will never happen That ended the day that I found those damn thongs under your pillow. But Jordan was the last straw for me. We're done. To be honest Spencer I have already moved on.

Spencer: Moved on? What in the hell do you mean you have moved on? I have invested a lot of time into you. You can't just fucking move on.

Kiara: You moved on when we were together. It's my time now. Don't call me again.

"End of call"

"Spencer"

He is looking g at the phone. "She hung up on me. Damn it" He yells looking at the phone. Then he sits back in his chair.

I have been in love with Kiara since the first day she walked into my family's law firm. But she is innocent. She doesn't believe in sex before marriage. Which is a good and bad thing. So I figured that I would get my pleasures from others. I cheated on her the day that she and I started dating. But Kiara will be the one that I marry.

Simone doesn't like me. She knows that I am a man whore. But for some reason, Kiara wouldn't leave me. I am sure that she loves me. It's going to take longer than I expected to win her back. I am not worried about her being with another man. Hell, I am the only boyfriend that she has ever had.

Jordan and I screwed around for six months. She worked with Simone in the advertising department at Kiara's company. Simone and Kiara weren't close friends with Jordan but they did consider her a friend. She and I started sleeping together the same day that Kiara introduced me to Jordan. I have no feelings for Jordan, but she was good in bed.

My father was so damn mad at me the day after Kiara caught me with Jordan. Kiara walked into our law firm with Bryan Winters beside her. First, she fired our firm. Kiara was our biggest client. Then Bryan resigned. Within a few hours, she had opened a law firm. Bryan runs it for her. Most of our small clients and all of the big ones left that day to follow her and Bryan.

As for Jordan, Kiara blackballed her. No advertising company will hire her. Jordan is working at a small diner. She and I don't have any contact anymore. I threw her out of the house that night. She had shown up unexpectedly anyway. Damn it, of all the nights that Kiara surprised me Jordan had to be there.

"Thongs? What damn thongs did she find? When and who were they?" He mumbles.
