I sleepily punch the alarm clock when it goes off. I pull the covers tight around me, keeping my eyes shut even though I should get up and get ready for school. Wait, I'm so cramped. I quickly sit up when my last night's events flow into my head. I'm suddenly wide awake. I'm aware of how my body feels; how sore I am, but I'm wildly exhilarated. I can't believe last night actually happened. It was a fantastic experience, and even though I don't have the tiniest hint of regret, it's still a little overwhelming to accept that I can never take it back. I heave myself out of bed when the alarm goes off again. I check my phone, making a mental note to buy a new cover after school.
