Chapter 67

3280 Words

Maddox's POV I don't stop driving until we reach Zelda's home. This cannot be happening. This cannot be real. I killed Troy. I killed him with my own hands. I watched as life left his body. Because I was the one who strangled him. He was already weak from all the beating and starving. So it did not take me much time to kill him. Zelda and I sit in the car silently, with the car parked in the driveway. Zelda looks both shocked and scared. I would not blame her. "Are you pretty sure you killed him? There is no way he is here in flesh if you did" Zelda almost screams and I shush her up. I don't know how many of them know about this. Zelda had no idea and I think Steven doesn't either. So that means very limited people know what's happening. I don't want anyone else knowing about it.
