Chapter Twenty

I felt her hands hold my waist and pull me towards her. We were still very much naked... She cleared her throat, "babe I meant to talk to you about what happened last night but....well you are here, and you know what went down.."

"What happened last night?" I asked and she kissed my back, "Simone was here.. She called me and left about a thousand messages.. She saw you and was..."

"Very surprised..." I finished her sentence, then said, "I mean I was surprised too.. I had no idea that six months down the line she was still looking for the darn slip..."

She sighed, "what happened? What did she do?"

"She tried to push her way in but I threatened to call the cops..." I said turning and facing her. She kissed my nose,

"God I'm so sorry babe, I know what she can be like, I hope she didn't say something stupid...."

My face immediately changed after she said that and she said, "Please tell me she didn't say anything..."

"She didn't say anything...." I said straight looking at her dead in the eyes. She rolled her eyes sexily, "I wasn't saying say it.. I was saying tell me what she said if she said something.."

And suddenly there was a knock downstairs. I faked a smile, "Why don't you ask... her....? She might tell you what she said."

She sighed and her phone rang. It was Simone. She pulled me and connected our lips together and started kissing me. I smiled and kissed her back. She climbed on top of me and then pulled away, "if I don't go, she won't go either.. She saw my cars so she knows I'm home..."

I rolled my eyes, "fine..."

"Look away..."

I furrowed my brows, "for what? For who?"

She laughed, "Baby I wanna get something to dress... so turn around."

"You must be f*****g with my mind... you didn't say that earlier when I was in between your thighs...."

She laughed and got up then put on the Jean she had on and my shirt.... She looked at me,"how do I look?"

I smiled already knowing what my dirty mind was going to say, "Like I just f****d the living out of you..."

She rolled her eyes, "to make your head grow even bigger, you are the first person to give me a real o****m during our first time having sex... Like a real one, I didn't have to fake it..."

I smiled like a fucken i***t and got up into a sitting position. Her phone rang again and she answered it immediately, "could you wait.. I'm coming..." Then she hung up..

"So.. baby do I hide in here or go wherever you guys will be..."

She shrugged and walked towards me, "you can do whatever you want to do babe.. I won't mind.. whether you stay here or go out.. I don't care.. although I'll love to see you..."

I smiled, "you would? Really?"

She pulled my chin and kissed me, then pulled away, "I so would...."

She got up and threw me her blouse and the shorts I had on last night when I was called a p********e, then she said, "especially in that..."

I laughed, "God you are such a perv..."

"Your perv.... I love you Thandy..."

"Right... go open for your ex before she calls again...."

She scoffed, "I can take my time... even an hour.. She should have done this a long time ago and get out of my life but nooooo she's taking her time, I might as well take mine..."

I laughed shaking my head, "remind me never to be your ex too..."

"If that s**t happens I swear I'm going to kill you... so stay my girlfriend.."

I lifted my hands up in surrender, "Okay... I don't wanna die... you win..."

She blew me a kiss and got out.

I was left wondering what this woman really was after, I mean if she wanted a slip, she'd have done that and left already.. was she really after that or did she want to make her way back into my girlfriend's life?

From my perspective and what Bianca told me about Simone, the woman was controlling and bossy and she was trashing or belittling Kat.. well if she was really doing that, that was going to stop now.. I was going to make sure I tell her where to get off... Katherine was with me now, she needed to know that and respect it and her.....

I got up and fixed the bed with a smile on my face as I thought about what was happening here hours ago. God, I really loved Katherine... and I hoped she did too and that we would try to not let others get in between us.

I put on what she wanted me to put and then unbuttoned the first two buttons of the blouse, showing a bit of my cleavage. I then put on Kat's sleepers and slowly made it downstairs. The roses I had and a few candles were still there looking all beautiful...

When I approached her study I heard some fiddling and then made out my girlfriend's annoyed voice, "can you find it?"

I assumed she was asking about the slip since it was the only thing they were looking for. I shook my head.

Simone then said, "God Kathy she's a child... And she was practically naked.. what was she doing here anyways and who is she?"

"would you stop calling me that. And are you here to ask about her or to look for your slip...?" My girlfriend asked and she still sounded pissed.

"Couldn't you find someone your age that you decided to go for a child? What are her intentions about you? Do you even know her.. Her background. What if you fall for her and she leaves you.. I mean you can see she's way too pretty to..." The ex kept on rambling about me and Kat, but kept quiet the moment she realized what she was about to say.

I decided that I have heard enough and it was time I show myself.... And probably put her in her place.

I slowly opened the door after knocking twice, Kat wasn't looking and Simone looked at me from my head to my toes. The exact same look I got yesterday.

I went straight to Kat and kissed her cheek, she smiled at me, "Hey.. you are up..."

I nodded, "yep.." then I turned to Simone, "Hi.."

She said a hi too.

I looked at my girlfriend and she must have read my look coz she turned to Simone, "this is Thandy... And babe this is Simone..."

I extended my hand, "Hi Simone, It's nice to meet you..."

She ached her brows at me and then looked at my girlfriend, "she knows me, we met yesterday..."

I slowly shook my head, "I'm sorry I don't know you... I don't remember meeting you..."

Oh f**k! That got to her coz her face immediately changed and I remembered when Bianca said she loves to leave a mark and be remembered, and right now I was making her feel small by not remembering her.

"You know me... I was at the door last night and...."

I cut her off by shaking my head again, "I was going to remember your face maybe.. but unfortunately....."

"What do you mean by that.. what...?"

"Simone.. if she doesn't remember you she doesn't.. it's not the end of the world... can you now look for the slip...."

I looked at my girlfriend worried a bit that maybe I have overstepped or even crossed the line.

She smiled at me as if telling me that I was okay. I smiled back and then asked, "Baby do you want anything to drink?"

"No I'm good..."

And then I looked at the ex, "Simone.. anything to drink?"

She shook her head and I decided to make this a big deal and just annoy her annoying ass, "are you sure? We got whiskey, wine, coffee, tea, wa...."

"I said No... I am good too..."

I shrugged, "I don't know, you look a bit dehydrated, I think you can use with something...."

She shot me a death glare and then turned to my girlfriend, "are you going to let her talk to me like this Kathy...?"

"Would you stop calling me that .. And how is she asking if you need something to drink talking to you like 'this'.. what's the 'this' part there?" My girlfriend asked making me smiled inside.

"She's disrespectful.. listen to her tone..." She said raising her voice a bit.

Kat sighed, "stop reading too much into things.. She's just being polite..."

"Of course...." She said sarcastically and I smiled innocently, "so you are sure? Like sure sure?"

She ached her brows, "if I wasn't I'd have said yes by now.. And why are you so desperate to make me something to drink.. do you wanna poison me?"

I laughed, "poison you? For what? Ohh wait, for what you have done to Kat I can totally poison you.. but I'm over that already so you can relax...."

She dropped the box that was in front of her, "what I did to Kat? What do you know even.. you are just a child..."

I rolled my eyes starting to get pissed, "I know how not to make her fake an orgasm... oh and I know not to f**k up when I got something amazing with someone.. I might as well teach you a thing or two there, what do you say....?"

She gasped in shock, "Katherine... you are seriously letting this child talk to me like this?"

Kat bent over and looked at another box, "Simone, if you don't want to deal with this 'child' as you call her... I suggest you do what you came here for and leave us in peace... I don't wanna be included in this, so stop provoking her.."

The ex sighed, "provoking her.... oh God you are so blinded by whatever infatuation you are feeling for her that you don't even see what is happening here... She is being disrespec..."

"Don't you dare talk to me about disrespect again after what you said to her last night.. don't you dare Simone..." My girlfriend was totally pissed right now...

Simone scoffed, "Oh so she came running to you?"

"No she didn't... because unlike your old self she doesn't walk around calling strangers hoes... you literally met her yesterday and from that you simply conclude that she is sleeping around.. then you are going to call her a child? Who's behaving like an infant here? Is it her or you?"

Jesus seeing her boiling like that was just something else.. there was something in the way she was protecting me over her ex. I mean she knew I was provoking her on purpose but she stood up for me.. well I guess her ex trash talking to me last night and me not being a b***h about it earned me points.. so yeyii to me for behaving.

I cleared my throat, "Baby I'll go get a drink.. please finish up quickly... s*x wasn't the only plans I had for you today... I mean pecks of being your hoe is that I get to do whatever I want with you even after sex..."

My girlfriend laughed, "if you have plans Simone will have to come back some other time...."

I smiled, "I'm giving you guys 15 minutes... then I will seriously need you..."

"And I'll be there...."

I giggled and got out but didn't close the door totally, I was surprised by Simone who quickly said, "Kathy...."

And my girlfriend snapped, "don't! Don't call me that.. you and I and no longer married anymore, so you don't get to.. And you can talk to me anyhow you want, but don't you dare disrespect my girlfriend..."

"Your girlfriend? please! That child is young enough to be your own kid and you are going to call her your girlfriend.. what makes you think she can love you Kathy... you are old... She's probably after your money....." She finally said it and when I heard nothing from my girlfriend I knew it hit home.. I knew she felt the exact way if not more than how I felt when she called me a prostitute...

I shook my head, if she thought Kat wasn't worthy of my love coz she was old then she was fucken wrong... She so was and I was going to prove her otherwise...

I shook my head and went to the kitchen before I was forced to walk in there and hit that woman..

I poured a glass of wine and filled it up then took a sip.. My phone rang and I was relieved when I realized it was my bestie from abroad. I answered, "hey babe...."

"If I'm disturbing just say 'I am smiling'"

I rolled my eyes at her childishness, "I'm literally not smiling..."

She must have heard the tone of my voice coz she immediately asked,"oh God what happened? Please tell me she did arrive or she wasn't disappointed to see you...."

I shook my head, "it's nothing like that... She is here.. And amazing.. And just perfect...but...."

She sighed, "you couldn't have sex...."

I rolled my eyes, "God you are such a fuckery Chloe.. And no, we already had s*x and it was mind blowing.. but her ex is here.."

"Ex? The f**k she wants?"

I took another sip on my wine and shrugged as if my friend could see me, "I honestly don't know... oh did I tell you that the age difference between Kat and I had me be called a hoe, and gold digger.. apparently I exchange s*x for money and Kat is too old to be loved by someone like me.. the woman is bluntly disrespectful to my woman.. She makes me wanna puke.. Like if she says all this s**t to Kat now it makes me wonder the 15 years Kat had to endure with this bully... probably more than 15 years Ohh God I wasn't going to lust a day with a heartless person like that..."

I heard someone clear their throat behind me and I knew exactly who it was... I turned around and faced Simone, then my friend said on my ear, "Oh f**k that's her isn't it?"

I chuckled, "yea, she isn't only a disrespectful fuckery, she eavesdrops on people's convos too..."

I saw the woman folds her arms and aches her brows at me.. Chloe laughed on the other side of the phone, "God I can feel the b***h in you coming out already... take it easy on her..."

I shook my head, "no babe, she should know not to be a fuckery to people.. She isn't God. She shouldn't decide for everyone... or assume s**t, coz she knows nothing..."

I heard the woman sigh, "are you going to hang up and say that to me face to face...."

I smiled, "Chloe babe... She is being rude kinda disturbing our phone call, she probably doesn't know how much fucken airtime it takes to call someone in the US... so let me deal with this... remember we are flying back to New York next week... bye babe..."

Chloe knows when I'm pissed and she didn't even respond to that, she hung up and I took in one deep breath and looked at the woman in front of me after putting the phone in my pocket..

"Excuse me.. what did you say when I was on the Phone?"

"I asked if you will tell me what you were telling your friend or are you just going to gossip about me?"

I smiled, "honey... gossip about you? Please! I got better things to gossip about than to tell people what a b***h you are being.. I mean why would I also need to tell it to you face to face if you already know it anyways...."

She was getting pissed by every second.. And like I said, she wasn't going to get away with the insult she gave me and Katherine...

She took in one deep breath, "does Katherine know what a b***h you are?" I shrugged, "I'm not sure, I mean it took her over 15 years to realize what a b***h you are..."

She rolled her eyes, "I see right through you... And you won't do what you are planning to do. I won't let you.... I was once like you..."

That didn't offend me, coz I knew I could be a bigger b***h if I wanted, but.. this was different, so I smiled, "okay I am a b***h like you are or like you were.. whichever will make you sleep at night, but then again the difference between you and I is that I respect someone I love Simone and I don't belittle them, I build then up... not the s**t you have been doing...you should know how to treat your woman right..."

She scoffed, "you know nothing about me..."

I laughed, "I know that me standing here and telling you how much I love Katherine is making you burn with hatred towards her... I mean from an awful f****d up human being like you to an amazing, loving, bitchy actress like me... what a fucken upgrade that is.... did she tell you how old I am... you can't even get someone twice my age in bed.. but the moment I laid my eyes on her she stubbed me with Cupid straight on my heart..."

I could see what I was saying was getting to her, but she wasn't going to let me see, so she shook her head, "keep on thinking that.. you are so blinded by delusion..."

"I wonder what's that delusion.... but then again if we can check who's delusional between me and you.. we'd find that it's you.. I mean your heartless heart has you thinking I'm a p********e and that Kat is incapable of being loved by a p********e like me.... like what happened to respect?"

She shook her head, "I look at you and ask myself the same question... what happened to respect...."

I laughed, "Oh I have it.. tons of it.. My parents thought me to respect people who don't call other people prostitutes.... Simone you have this thing in your head, that you are better than everyone.. Simone.. just because people like me are incapable of loving you it doesn't mean they are incapable of loving everyone your age... it means you should watch how you treat people... Katherine is twice the woman you are... She is amazing. You are not even close to what she is... so don't you dare walk into her house and disrespect her like that... jealousy makes you nasty..."

She stood her ground, "Look at you... miss, you have everything figured out.. don't you..."

"God.. am I not glad that you f****d up and she left you...."

She ached her brows at me seeming a bit shocked or taken back by what I said, "I f****d up? Wait.... is that what she told you?"

My heart immediately skipped at that, what the f**k did she mean? I smiled though, "naah she told me a lot actually...."

The woman smiled and walked towards me.. She probably could see through the wall I was trying to build... She stood in front of me and whispered, "I'm sure she did..."

And then she walked past me and I heard the door close behind me.. My heart was beating so much in my chest.. My girlfriend walked in, "she left?"

She was listening.. She probably heard everything then... I looked at her as I thought about the things her ex was talking about, the things she probably didn't tell me about...

"What was she talking about?"

She sighed, "can we not do this now... please babe... let's go up stairs and finish what we were doing...."

Oh fuck... so she divorcing Simone wasn't only on Simone? She had a hand there too....

I looked at her hoping she'd say something but she clearly wasn't going to. I shook my head a bit, "Look Katherine... I'm going up stairs.. And I'd suggest you come up there only when you are going to talk about what your ex was talking about...."

She sighed, "babe..." I walked away as she tried to stop me... "baby come on..."

I climbed up the stairs and turned when I arrived up there, "Oh one other thing... I hope she found the darn slip she's been looking for so she can be out of your life, coz she annoys the living out of me... And I can be a b***h Kat... but I don't wanna be that to you because I love you... so don't push me..."
