Chapter Eighteen

After the little party the production made for me I said my thanks and was about to leave when a hand pulled me.. and it was.... "Susan?"

She smiled, at me, "Hey...."

I looked at her confused and at the hand that was still holding me, "What's up?"

She shrugged, "so like are you leaving now?"

I stared at her. Was she seriously asking me that and why all of a sudden. The girl hated me, she only tolerated me because I was her long lost best friend on the story.

"Look Thandy I know you are probably wondering what's going on.. I mean I'm talking to you and we don't do that unless it's about the script... but I was thinking while you were in your trailer, we shouldn't hate each other... we actually could be friends..." She said after she saw that I was too stunned by her to talk. I furrowed my brows at her,

"Are you okay Susan?"

She laughed, "okay I deserve that... yes I am okay.. I just need this bad blood between us gone..."

Aww that was so sweet, I thought as a smile grew on my face..... unless she had an agenda...I mean what made her want to be nice and friendly now?...

"what changed your mind?" asked..

She shrugged, "we will be working together for the whole year.. soo?"

I contemplated, "really?"

She sighed, "Okay okay... when you kissed me... I changed my mind then..."

Shocked, I just stared at the girl in disbelief. and she laughed a bit, "oh come on... Thandy you are a great kisser.. don't deny that I experienced it..."

I shrugged, "ahh well, I have never kissed myself.. so I wouldn't know.."

She laughed and pushed me against the wall, "come on Thandy... you mean you didn't see how much I enjoyed the kiss?"

I shrugged again, "I really don't know... I can't tell..."

She came closer, way too close that our faces were just an inch away from each other, "well I'm telling you now... would you like to kiss me again.."

I furrowed my brows at her, "I remember telling you that I have a girlfriend right... Susan this is just work... I'll kiss Bree, but not Susan..."

She smiled, "where is your girlfriend?"

I kept quiet and looked at her dead in the eyes.

She asked again, "where is your girlfriend Thandy?"

"In South Africa..."

She leaned in and I looked on my right side making her lips brush on my cheek, then she whispered on my ear "when she's there and you're here... how do you do this?"

She then kissed my neck.

I pushed her away, "Susan what are you doing?"

"Come on, don't tell me you wait that long to actually be touched..." She said laughing and I laughed too, "you should try it.. it's called being faithful..."

She rolled her eyes, "I tried that and turns out he was screwing someone else....."

I shrugged, "unfortunately people aren't the same.... I'm sorry I gotta cut this chat a little... I have a plane to catch..."

She gasped, "you bishhh... you are going to her aren't you?"

Then I walked away.. what the hell is wrong with her? One moment she's all hating me and the next she wanna touch me? God... I'll never fully understand women even though I'm a woman myself...

I made it to my apartment and started bathing as the images of what Kat made me do played in my head. I felt so exposed. Like I let her in me in another way... this was different than just having s*x with her. This was huge... I m*********d in front of her... what the f**k was I thinking?

"You glowing..." Chloe said walking in my bedroom and I smiled, "you are glowing too... mhm must be the water..."

She laughed while throwing herself in my bed and said, "ready to fly to your woman..."

I sighed, God, I couldn't believe I was doing this, but I took in one deep breath, "Okay okay... so during our break after the shoot I Skyped Kat..."

The girl wiggled her brows, "mhhhm and?"

I smiled thinking about it, but then hid my face in my hands and said in the fastest way I could, "Okay she made me strip naked for her and masturbate for her and I stupidly did and when I came I called her name..."

"Oh my God you did not...!" She said...

I smiled nodding my head, "I know... She is just amazing... oh and one other thing.."

"Please don't tell me she popped out of your laptop screen..." my roomie said and I looked at her as if she was insane.. I mean to even mention that she must have been crazy...

"Chloe are you high?"

She shoved me, "thank God she didn't coz that would have been witchcraft at it's best... anyways just tell me the other thing...I'm feeling impatient a bit."

I rolled my eyes, but my smiled grew wider as I thought about that moment again, "she said she is in love with me.. She said she loves me..."

She stared at me blankly as if I just told her I wanna drink water or just something that wasn't important.

"Ass did you hear what I just said..."

She shrugged, "I was kinda waiting for something I didn't know.. something that was going to blow my mind off.. you know, like you f*****g yourself for her.. that's mind blowing and totally worth hearing..."

"She said she loves me..."

She shrugged again, "I knew that already. Didn't I tell you it... coz I remember telling you very well that she loves you...."

"Yea well whatever she said it and I did too... God I love her..."

She got up, "Okay... now, please be careful and watch out for your heart.."

I furrowed my brows at her in confusion, "what does that mean.. weren't you on my throat telling me I should come clean to her and tell her I I love her, then now that I did, You tell me to watch out for my heart?"

"Look when she doesn't verbally know that you love her things are different... and is when she knows you love her. Just don't let anything change you..." Then she looked at my suitcase, "you are taking one bag?"

I shrugged, "I'm not staying there long or do you want me to take the whole wardrobe with me?"

She took my bag and ignored me leaving. I shook my head and put on my jacket. God! My flight was in an hour and Kat's shift started in an hour, which meant I could call her now and probably get her if she wasn't getting ready..

I tried my.luck and took my phone. It rang twice before she answered, "my pretty sexy woman..."

Woman.. She said woman... I thought as a smile grew on my face, "Hey person who doesn't wanna show me how sexy she is..."

Right after saying that she scoffed and I couldn't help but see a tiny bit of her rolling her eyes.

"Babe I'm driving to the hospital now and I'm going to save lives..."

"My superhero woman... I'm just taking a drink break and I'm like 23 hours is far, lemme make it twenty or something less..."

She giggled, "that is more like it.. and thank you for the call my Angel... when are you sleeping?"

I shrugged as if she could see me, "after the shoot babe and I am so tired... like I mis you so much...."

"Yes...."

"When are your graduations?"

Ohh f**k, maybe she's asking cos she wanna come and I have been trying to avoid this... "Baby can we talk about this when you are off..."

"But you'll be on set..."

I sighed, "there's a lot going and I just wanna make sure I explain everything okay with the right information..."

"Oh..." She said sounding a bit disappointed, I mean I didn't blame her, I would have been disappointed too.

"So I promise when you are off we will talk about it.. I'll ask the final question on how many people should come... coz I sense that my baby wants to come."

"Well....."

I laughed, "well what? You wanna come that's okay, I'd also love for you to be here.. I wish they say a bigger number coz I also want my little sister and Maudy here...."

"Okay babe, we will talk about it when you have all the information... for now, let your old lady go save lives..."

I laughed, "heeey... I love that old lady so much..."

"She loves you too baby.. She loves you too...."

And I hung up. I looked around my bedroom for anything I was leaving behind and found that I got everything.

I got out and met up with Chloe and Susan? In my f*****g apartment.. what the f**k?

"Hey... God you look so gay..."

I looked at myself, I had on navy skinny jeans, white blouse and a navy jacket with white sandals.. I didn't look gay at all. I lifted my head up to look at Susan but she was laughing, "I'm kidding you don't look gay..."

I rolled my eyes and went to the kitchen. Then both followed me.

"So didn't you leave something at the shoot?" The girl asked and I furrowed my brows at her, "what?"

She shrugged, "I don't know but it consist of your nudes....and s*x tapes..."

My laptop... fuck... how can I forget that

She smiled and took it out of her bag, "your laptop idiot... nice pictures by the way..."

I rolled my eyes, "you don't open what's not yours Susan.. what happened to respecting one's privacy...?"

She laughed, "who's privacy? Yours? Babe please..."

I sighed and then Chloe budged in, "did you call Uber?"

I shook my head and took out my phone about to do it and then Susan snatched it from me. I looked at her shocked and she smiled, "I'll take you to the airport...."

I shook my head, "no... Susan I'm sure you have something important to so, like ruin some celebrity's party.. than to actually accompany me to the airport.."

The girl shook her head too and handed Chloe her car keys, "take the bags there.. we are following...."

My roomie looked at me and I sighed in defeat. She took the bags and got out.. I took my laptop and was about to walk out then Susan stopped me. I swear to God this girl will be the death of me.....

"What Susan?"

She smiled, "you do know that I always get what I want right...?"

"Is that a wish?"

She shrugged and headed to the door, "you were supposed to call Uber and I wanted to take you.. and guess where we are going now? To my car..."

I laughed and shook my head. Then locked the door while she waited for me. We silently walked outside the apartment to the girl's car.. Chloe handed her the key and came to hug me, "I love you so much okay...."

"I love you too babe..."

She whispered, "now go show that p***y a good time... f**k her... a lot... so that she will not forget about you..."

I laughed, "can I just be with my girlfriend and not..."

"No..." she said sternly, "f**k her... please..."

I took in one deep breath and said, "fine... I'll do it..."

She kissed my cheek, "make me proud ass... and call me"

I waved her off and got inside the car..Susan smiled before driving off..

"So.... your girlfriend... how old is she...."

I nodded, "old enough to be my girlfriend..."

"So what does she do?"

I rolled my eyes, what was with the sudden interest in my love life, I mean the woman always dismissed me as if I didn't exist. Treated me like tea oh I'm forgetting one.. she was always stereotypi....

"Oh wait I know, she's a zoo keeper right? I mean she's too old to work elsewhere.. and she probably loves animals."

I sighed a bit frustrated, you get what I was going to say, stereotypes everything in Africa... and South Africa in my case.. everything he said would include poverty, sickness or animals.. because that's how she sees it, which is why my girlfriend works at a "zoo"

I sighed and ignored her, looked outside the window and admired the streets of New York like I always did when I was bored..

She stared at me in shock.

"Sorry...." she said and then we drove silently to the airport. When we got there she helped me with my big bag..

She shook her head, "I want to.... please let me..."

I didn't want to argue and I wanted myself out of this place so I nodded and she locked her car as we made it inside. A few people recognised us.. well her actually.. they recognised her a lot and were whispering a bit..

We finally made it to the chairs next to the gate and I took my bag, "thanks for the ride...."

She nodded, "Look.. I'm sorry for being an ass... I...."

"Wait..." I stopped her a bit shocked, "did you just say you are sorry for being an ass..."

She sighed and brushed the back of her head, "well.. I'm sorry okay... Katherine Omarley is an amazing author and an extra ordinary doctor... I was just trying to get you mad coz you then turn all kinds of sexy when you are mad..."

I should have known..

I rolled my eyes, "you are just Pissing me off..."

She nodded and put her hand on my face brushing my cheek gently, "I know... you turn very sexy...."

I sighed, "God Susan..."

I sighed, "can I go... my plane..."

She pulled me into a hug before I could finish my sentence, "Okay okay.... travel safe and don't forget I always get what I want.."

She laughed, "Please call me when you land so I know the animals have a chance of eating you..."

I laughed and pulled away, "bye Susan...."

She blew me a kiss and walked away.. fans saw her and asked for pictures as I made my way to the gate and walked out....

The flight home was the longest and my ass hurt like hell since we didn't even stop. I wanted to be there as soon as possible...

By the time we landed I was dead tired.. Maudy was waiting for me as planned and she hugged me for the longest time.

"It's great to see you... Glee star..."

I laughed, "I'm not even a star in that show, Susan is...."

My friend rolled her eyes, "that brat... I don't like her.."

I shrugged as she took my bag and we made it outside to her car.. When she started driving I called Bianca asking about our plans.. She said I can come coz Kat wasn't around at her office...

Maudy drove me there immediately, busy asking me questions about Glee and about Chloe.. I answered where I can.

"So are you crazy for Chloe? Like what the f**k is going on... She doesn't say..."

She shrugged as she parked outside Katherine's office, "we are just f*****g each other's minds... it's fun... I can't wait for it to happen face to face..."

I rolled my eyes and got out of the car... we walked inside and I made sure I was extremely close to Maudy to avoid being seen by the cameras that were there.

"OMG you are just an Angel... She will truly enjoy this...." Bianca said as soon as we walked in... She handed me the key to Kat's place and I thanked her...

"Ohh f**k!" She suddenly said and I looked at her and her face was freaking out.

"What?"

"Kat just opened the gate.. she's here..."

I looked outside and saw her car drive in.. I looked back at Bianca, "how the f**k is this happening.. didn't you know..."

She shrugged, "hide behind my desk.. and Maudy can just talk to me like she just got here..."

I ran behind Bianca and hid under her desk... the front door opened and my woman walked in...

Maudy was making small stupid talk with Bianca and they laughed. I rolled my eyes and thought idiots...

"Bianca I need.... Ohh her Maud.. I didn't know you was visiting..."

"Just the person I wanted to see... Katherine we need to talk..."

"Is everything okay?"

"Yeah... I just need... umm... advice..." my best friend stuttered, how f*****g nice....

"Ok....ay... I came to fetch a file, can you walk me to my offi...."

She was disturbed by her phone ringing and to my surprise she let it ring.. I wondered who was getting ignored so bluntly but my worries stopped when Bianca asked, "who's that..."

"My ex wife... She just never listeners... Look Maud, walk me to the office and tell me what's up..."

I heard their footsteps walking away.. I tapped Bianca's knee, "if I wanna kill Simone, will you tell me everything about her.. I mean everything..."

The girl laughed, "yes please.. that woman is full of herself, she thinks she is thee big short and everything.. busy undermining Katherine and everything she has done for herself... mxm"

"So she looks down on Kat?"

"She more than does that... see Kat is a very quiet person and doesn't like talking... Simone throws every negative thing she has on Katherine and the poor woman doesn't do anything about it. She just ignore her calls...."

I sighed in frustration, I really hated this selfish b***h of a person.... how could she?

"Okay that says it.. I'm going to kill her..."

I heard voices and we both kept quiet.

"Who were you talking to Bianca.. coz I swear I heard you..." my girlfriend asked and Bianca laughed, "the Phone... it was one of my friends...."

"Okay.. you can leave early honey I don't have appointments here today.. So I'll just stay at the hospital until tomorrow and then go home from there..." She said and I smiled, it was so f*****g good hearing her voice live and not on the Phone.. f**k I wish I could stand up and just wrap my arms around her...

I heard footsteps and stood up a bit and looked at her. My girlfriend was hot from each angle.. the back, front of sides.. She was just amazing...

She got inside her car and drove off.. of course my i***t best friend had to go outside to pretend as if she was leaving too..

Not wanting to waste any time, I hugged Bianca and joined my friend in her car.. She drove me straight to Kat's house...

The security already knew me so they just let me in at the gate to go to her complex...

I got everything I needed from Maudy, she went shopping for wine, candles, roses and lingerie.... and then she got a gift box and I put in the plane tickets and the ticket for my graduation invitation and then one specific necklace she fell in love with when she saw it in New York.. I pretended not to be paying attention while I actually was and I brought it for her..

Maudy helped me walk the things in and helped with decorating them. The house was clean, only two dishes were in the sink and I put them away... I decorated with candles in her bedroom, and roses in bed and on the floor.. and I went to the main door and opened it, then I put these roses making them make a shape of the number six... it was going to be our sixth month celebration together..

My bestie examined the place for the last time and then left.. before ordering me to f**k her the way Chloe did... I rolled my eyes and said "Yeah yeah"

Then I went to the kitchen to make something to drink... after getting the soda I heard a knock by the door..

My heart started picking up and beating fast. Who was that? A lost person?

"Kat come on... I need to look for this let me on...." a woman's voice said and I got up and went to the door..

I opened it a bit and saw a white woman, she was cute and almost around 50 years..... I could almost say I saw her face somewhere but I couldn't put my head around it...

"Hi....?" I said since she couldn't talk...

"Hi...?" She said in the same note, then I saw her eyes travel on my body..

I was wearing very short jeans.. they were very very short and then a tired tank top on top and was walking on foot...

She shook her head and looked on the right side... Then at me, looking from my feet up my face and then in the harshest voice said, "who the f**k are you?"

Offended that she used the f work on me, I responded with the same tone, "no, who the f**k are you?"

She gasped looking shocked that I said that. She was probably surprised...

"I am Simone, Katherine's wife... I need to look for something....."

Simone? Her "wife" and not ex!!!!

I didn't even wait for her to finish her sentence... I slammed the door right in her face...
