One month later...
"I told you to go to the healers didn't I?" said Blair as she rolled her eyes. I winced as the healer looked at my arm. Through clenched teeth I said, "shut up, it wasn't supposed to get infected."
Blair laughed, "it was obvious you needed to see a healer but you're more stubborn than a mule!" I winced again as the healer cleaned my wound. "Yeah make her feel some pain, serves her right for trying to be a smart-ass."
I glared at my friend who was sitting on a couch, casually reading a magazine and when she saw me looking, she stuck out her tongue at me. I sighed and kept my teeth clenched tightly together to hold back the screams. "She's right Skylar, you should have come to us the minute you got on your feet," said the healer, Denise.
