“Abigail Noelle Hale!” My mother’s angry voice came through. “You made and released a s*x tape with Michael!”
I could feel her burning rage even through the phone.
After the whole s*x tape saga, the thing I was most grateful for was that my mother didn’t get to see it.
I thought everything was over, but I was wrong.
How did she find out about it?
“Uhm… I—I don’t… I didn’t,” I stuttered as I tried to come up with a response. I honestly didn’t know what to say to her. The confrontation caught me off guard and I was at a loss for words.
“You can’t speak?” she demanded with a hint of irritation in her voice.
Mia tapped me gently on my lap. “What’s going on?” She mouthed slowly.
I didn’t respond.
I looked away and my grip tightened around the phone.
