“Abby? Like you’re talking to Abby Hale from the office?”
My breath hitched when I heard that question. I instantly knew it was Landon who was asking his brother.
I thought they hated each other.
Why were they in the same place?
“How do you know her?” Liam asked curiously.
I didn’t wait to hear the response.
I quickly ended the call.
“Oh my goodness! What have I gotten myself into?” I muttered under my breath as my heart pounded in my chest.
I lied to Liam that I didn’t talk to his brother at the office. I had no idea they would be together. I didn’t want to accidentally talk about the kiss or something.
