CHAPTER TWENTY
Wednesday proved to be longer than usual, taking into account I had barely had enough sleep or rest yesterday. My body was drained completely and more than once, I almost ended up in detention for getting caught dosing off in class. Lucian, Chase and Alec hadn’t even bothered attending school today and sometimes I wondered how they never got detention or suspension with the amount of school days they skipped. There was no news on the principal’s whereabouts but the deputy principal covered for her, claiming she had travelled to yet another conference in Italy. She better hide well wherever she was.
