Anxiety filled me as we walked through the corridors towards the backyard where we had all agreed to meet for the moon ritual. Morgana had already gotten everything we would need for the spell and we only stood there, uncomfortably, awaiting instructions.
I looked around the clearing and my eyes found Helena’s who was looking broken and sad, something I had never seen on her face so clearly. “Hey, what happened? Where are Jake, Clarisse, and Rose?” I asked as I looked around for any sign of them.
