So We Are Not Friends??

Jared POV

"Don't blame yourself Christof, it is not your fault okay, we didn't know that Addison was alive, we didn't know anything. Hos how would we save her?, How would we get her out of that terrible situation",.

"Jared, tell me one thing no one knows right, that Addison is alive?"He began to hold my hand and look into my eyes waiting for my answer.

"No one knows, I didn't tell anyone that Addison is alive, don't worry christof, Addison will be safe here, I will increase the protection. We will not repeat the same mistakes again", I replied.

He looked towards the door.

"Yes Jared please increase the protection, I want Addison to be safe here, I will wait here in the hospital till she gains consciousness", and then he looked towards me, waiting for my answer.

"I will Christof, I will assign two guards near the door to keep a watch on who enters the room", I said.

"That's good I don't want Addison to suffer again, I want her to be safe. My enemies might find this a perfect opportunity to hurt her again. I won't let that happen", he clenched his fist.

"When are you returning back Christof?",.

"I don't know Jared, I am waiting for Addison to wake up. As soon as she is okay, I will return back to the mansion, till then I am staying here", he got up from the bed and adjusted his leather jacket.

"Okay sir", I helped him adjust his jacket.

Christof left the room, and I was standing there all alone, It was already dark now, and Anna was waiting for me at home.

I took out my phone, and I saw that I had got 50 missed calls from Anna.

"f**k!!, I forgot to keep my phone out of silent. I couldn't carry her call because of this", I stared at my phone.

I began to call her. Her phone was ringing but she was not carrying. I called her again, and I waited for her to carry her call.

She finally carried my call.

"What is it now Jared!??", She yelled.

"Please let me explain to Anna, don't get angry. I have my reasons here", she interrupted me, "What kind of reasons jared?, I am tired of your reasons. Everytime a new excuse. Jared you will never be able to understand me right!!", She started crying.

"Anna please don't cry, please let me explain", she Interrupted me again, "I don't want any other explanation Jared, I am tired of your explanation", I stopped her speaking by saying,"we found Addison!!".

She didn't say another word, there was a long pause and then, "What??, You really found Addison??", She asked me.

"Yes Anna, I don't it's difficult to believe, but Addison is alive, and the good news is that her baby is alive too".

"Oh my god, this is such a great news. I am so happy, you are not kidding right Jared?",.

"Why will I lie to you Anna!!, Ofcourse I am not lying. She is alive, but she is in a coma. It will take some time for her to get out of it".

"Okay fine Jared, stay there with Christof, I forgave you. I am sorry that I yelled at you without knowing the reason why you are there", she replied.

"It's okay sweetheart, I will tell you everything when I get home", I replied.

"Take care of yourself, Jared, bye", she hung up the phone.

I was happy for Christof that he had Finally found his wife, but she was still unconscious. The doctor was still treating her inside, and there was nothing new about her.

We all were waiting for the doctor to give us some good news.

Christof looked helpless and sad.

"She will be fine, don't worry. The doctors are treating her inside, they are trying our best. What we can do is only pray for her to get better", I placed my one hand on his shoulder.

"He caught my hand on his shoulder,'' I Hope so, Jared, she gets better. I am just waiting for good news here. I don't have the strength to hear any bad news now", he looked at me.

"You won't hear any bad news from now on Christof", I replied.

"Hope so jared", he looked towards another direction.

He got up from his seat and began to move his eyes around the hospital, as if he was looking for someone.

"Whom are you searching for Christof", I walked towards him.

"I am searching for Carlos,where is he?", He asked me while searching for him.

"I don't know where Carlos is Christof", I looked towards another direction by holding my fist tight ik anger.

"Why are you getting angry? '' Christof must have seen my clenched fist.

"I don't like Carlos Christof",I turned my back towards him.

"Why?, What's the problem Jared?Why don't you like him?", He asked me.

"You're asking me why I don't like him Christof", I looked towards him.

"You just got to know him yesterday., And today you brought him along with you here. You trusted him and not me christof, why like that", I took a few steps towards him.

Christof didn't answer, he just looked at me, and he just started but he didn't answer.

"Answer my Christof", I waited for his reply, but I got none.

"I took a few steps behind,"okay so you don't have any answer now. So this means we are not friends any more right", l looked straight into his eyes, my eyes watered.

"Jared, this is not the time to argue, please before speaking at least look around and see where we are. We are at the hospital", he replied with one hand on my shoulder.

I removed his hand from my shoulders," I got your answer Christof".
