I finally get back to my quarters and then I almost dive for my bed. I am beyond exhausted and I just want to forget that this day ever happened. I let my head rest on the pillow and I know this is where I want to be right now. I close my eyes and I quickly visit my dream world. This world is perfect.
There is no war. There is no memory loss. There is no dad that wants you to do something that I do not want to do. In this world, everything is the way it is supposed to be. Here, Brian and I are together and happy. He knows who I am and I know him very well. Here, my dad loves me and wants me and Brian to be together forever.
