Mikaela held her tears in until the door closed behind the Alpha. But some of them slipped out, she couldn’t help it. She was so emotional, and her whole body ached. She knew he didn’t like it when she cried. And so she when he walked out of the room, she sobbed uncontrollably. She covered her mouth with her hand afraid that he was going to hear her.
