Corinna's attempts to stop me from pursuing my will frustrated me to the point of losing control. Despite my deep feelings for her, I couldn't allow anyone to control me, not even her.
My wolf tried to encourage me to be gentle with her, but the anger I felt when I saw her wounds wouldn't let me calm down. I pushed her onto the bed, being harsh enough to stop her from trying to hold me back. I decided to confront Emma face-to-face.
