“The council is confused and angry!” Jason shouted.
“Then that’s their problem, we’re angry too” Mateo retorted.
“What’s wrong with you Jason, Jason? Whose side are you on?” Lucky asked, and Jason glanced at me before looking away.
“I will always be on the good side” He replied calmly.
“Coming from someone who dislikes his Luna because his mate does and now he’s scared of her for some odd reason” Mateo scoffed.
“I don’t dislike the Luna because my mate does, and I’m not just scared of her. I saw…I saw a….” He trailed off, biting his lips as his eyes kept darting to mine.
“You saw what?” Lucky asked.
“I saw a mighty wolf shadow around her, it was so mighty, like the one that’s awoken, and she was staring at me fiercely, like she’s about to kill me” Jason narrated.
