“Did they find out who messed with the dress” Zade asked curious if they still needed to be on guard. My
father nodded his head yes. “Well are you going to tell me who it was?” I asked. My father looked down
like he was ashamed. As he looked up he answered “Nicole, one of the nurses from our pack. It seems
that she and Candy were best friends” he answered. “I WANT TO GO SEE HER NOW!” I demanded. “Too late for that” Grandpa Phillip said chuckling while looking at my mother. “Mom What did you do?”I asked
not knowing if I wanted to know or not. “Nothing that she did not deserve” she answered. “ Your
mother dipped the girl into a pool of silver and left her out like a fish out of water” my dad answered for
her. “Like I said, nothing she didn’t deserve” my mom reiterated. I laughed. “Well that was what I was
planning to do to her” I answered defending my mom’s actions. Everyone stared at me. “I’m just saying,
I was.”
I asked my mom To go get me a new gown. She already knew my size. My father was getting everything
straight with Elder Micah so we could finish up the wedding and start Nathan's coronation. My
grandmother Queen Isabella brought me my crown, minus the veil. As pretty as it was, we were not
taking any chances in using anything from the first dress.
Marcus came up to my room to check on me"Are you okDream” he asked worried. “Yep I’m good,
but as it turns out, I evidently need a security detail on even my clothes now” . “You will definitely have
one, that’s for sure. I am also going to install a security system into all of your closet spaces. Hearing
that actually eased my fear a bit of ever having a repeat of this experience.
My mom came in shortly after holding a new gown. I looked at it cautiously. “Don’t worry I even had
the doctors swab it to check for any foreign chemicals” she said as she saw my concern. “OK, well if I Start
burning again, I’m wearing a bathing suit the next time” I threatened. I slipped into the new gown as my
mom laced up the back. I refused to have the designer team in my room. I didn’t want anyone near me
except those closest to me. I didn’t even want to let the kitchen worker in that brought up food for me.
“I will take it from here” I told her taking the cart. “But Queen….” She said before I cut her off. “I said
that I have it from here. After the day I have had this far, if I were you I would not even think k about
questioning me at this point." I told her as nicely as I could. The girl looked like she was about to start balling as she nodded her head and turned and walked back to the kitchen. “Whoa that was a bit harsh” Gus said as he just heard what I
told the girl. “Don’t you start with me either or you will be next “ I threatened until I started laughing
when his face got serious. As soon as I was ready, everyone left to go downstairs as I waited for my
father. I heard him knock on the door. I said my shoes on and opened the door. “Ready to try this again”
he asked. I nodded. Jade ran out and got in front of us leading the way and growling at anyone that came
closer than she liked. She almost bit one of the paparazzi as they tried to get an up close picture. After
that everyone stayed back. My other protectors plus Aerie had already shifted and was waiting for me.
There was no way that they were going to let me go anywhere today without them. I laughed as Jade
squeezed herself through the enormous wolves to get in front. I tapped my father’s arm. “Look at that
little runt, claiming her place no doubt.” My father looked up and saw Jade. He started laughing. “She is
going to give those guys hell” he said shaking his head. Instead of restarting the entire service we just
picked up exactly where we left off and I was glad when I walked in and saw Nathan. He smiled up at me as
soon as he saw me. “I’m sorry, they would not let me come to the hospital. They said it was bad luck if I saw
you before we were married. I had to help with the search and interrogations” he explained.
It didn’t take long before Elder Micah introduced us as husband and wife. Nathan kissed me sweetly
Now it was time for his coronation action, but first I had to change again. This time though, my mother
had my clothes in a room. Next to where we were. So I ran in there and slipped into yet another formal
gown.
