Zade turned around and went to help Brian. I had an Alpha and Luna to greet and inform that I had
found their lost child. I walked back in my office where Elder Micah was waiting for me with Rosie.
“Where is Gus?” she asked as I walked back inside without him. “He and the others had something they
needed to do before your parents get here. He will join us when he is done” I informed her. Micah
looked at me all to knowing. Cameron knocked on my office door. “Your father is on his way here to look
at the papers that you need for him to check. Would it be ok if I grabbed them please” he asked. “Sure. I’m
sorry I had to run out on everyone, but there is something I needed to take care of. If you can let my father
know that I will see him as soon as I am finished here” I asked. Cameron nodded. He sent me a link after
he left out. “Are you ok? I know what is going on and I also realize this is going to open your wounds
back up. Just know I’m here if you want to talk” . “Thank you. I’m more worried about Gus than myself at
the moment. I just hope this goes smoothly” I replied back.
Ten minutes later my warriors running the gate now notified me that the Alpha and Luna were here.
“Escort them to my office please at once” I ordered. I looked at Rosie. “They are here, are you ready?” I
asked. Rosie looked to the door and I knew she was looking for Gus but she didn’t see him.. She took a
deep breath and replied yes.
Seconds later Gus appeared in the doorway. He was much more chilled and relaxed. “I’m ok. Thank you”
he replied by link as he smiled at me. “Oh Gus, I’m so glad you made it back. They are here” Rosie said
anxious and nervous. I took a deep breath myself knowing they were about to appear in my door.
“QUEEN Dream, your guests have arrived” Marcus said at the door before allowing the Alpha and Luna
to enter. “Thank you Marcus, please show them in, and if you do not mind please stay in case they can
provide any ideas if anyone else could have been involved “ I asked. “And to keep an eye on Gus” I said
by link. “Yes mam” he answered as he brought the couple in. They bowed as they greeted me, then they
turned towards Rosie and Gus. Tears filled their eyes and they let out a gasp in shock
Rosie stood there frozen in her tracks. She didn’t know what to do or to say. I knew exactly the way she
was feeling because only weeks ago I was feeling the same. “Alpha and Luna Herald, if we may all have a
seat for a few minutes. I know this is very exciting for you, but it is also extremely scary for Rosie, so if
you don’t mind.” I asked politely motioning to the chairs. Micah smiled at me to let me know I was doing OK. “Now, Rosie, Gus this is Alpha James Herald and Luna Sarah Herald. Alpha, Luna Herald this is Rosie and my protector Gus. He is her mate” I said introducing the four of them.
“Now before everyone swamps everyone with questions, I will tell the two of you what we know. Rosie
grew up here at the castle orphanage. She was always told that her parents died in an accident when
she was a baby. Now we know that is not true, and that she was one of the many children kidnapped in
order to try to stop a prophecy by a couple of black witches and a few mad werewolves. They were all
responsible for my kidnapping as well. They all have been dealt with and have been executed. Any
others that are found that had any role will receive the same fate as them I can assure you. Also, upon
arriving here, my protector and Rosie have realized that they are mates, however once I heard her story
I refused to announce the mate bond due to my suspicions of her being one of the kidnapped children
considering how close the Queen herself had kept her. You two were notified as soon. As the DNA
proved who her parents truly were” I explained to them.
