I was on the island. Teddy was supposed to have left with Chris. I wasn’t supposed to have been there at all. But I couldn’t stomach it. The idea of Ransom being left alone on an island with people that might possibly kill him. Christian was on this island and he’d killed people. I needed to save him, and together we needed to get rid of Christian. If anyone was a threat to the EVOS, it was him.
He could kill anyone and take their powers. Along with their faces. The whole flight to the island, all I could think of was that something bad was going to happen. Christian was going to ruin things. Because that was how Christian worked. He’d ruined my life. Stalked me. Sent out pictures of me. Tried to kill me.
