(Seraphina's POV)
I turned and smiled warmly at Krystal, hoping to put her at ease. "I'm Seraphina, but please call me Sera."
Krystal's eyes remained wary as she studied me. "Are you really from The Strategic Alliances Division? I haven't seen you before."
"I only joined Blackmoon Media half a month ago," I explained gently. "It's normal that you haven't seen me yet. As a top entertainer, you probably don't interact much with our division."
Her skepticism was understandable. To reassure her, I pulled out my phone and showed her The Blackmoon Media Concord app with my employee profile clearly displayed.
Krystal's shoulders relaxed slightly as she examined the screen. "Okay, I believe you now."
"What did you want to talk about?" she asked
