"Sera," Kaelan's voice was husky and intimate in the quiet night air. "I've been thinking about what you said."
My heart hammered against my ribs. The way he said my name made something flutter deep in my chest.
"What I said?" I whispered, barely able to find my voice.
"About becoming the man you could fall for." His eyes held mine with startling intensity. "I'm willing to try."
