I am freaking the hell out! Tonight is my first night to have Ewan. Jenny suggested we do a trial night before he comes to stay with me while she gets the help. It is a good idea, but it doesn’t stop me from panicking. I pick him up in a few hours. It will be my first time alone with Ewan. Jenny or Sydney have been there, but Jenny will be at her place, and Sydney has picked up a shift helping a friend out and won’t be back until later tonight. She offered to say no and stick around, but I insisted she do the shift because she hadn’t worked in a while.
We had everything ready for him, which is something. Spending time with him these last few days has been incredible. He is amazing, and I am already so in love with him. He seems to like me, but it may change when he misses his mum
