I thought for a moment and suddenly asked, "Captain Shaw, how much capital can Blackwood Dominion Holdings mobilize right now?"
Joric's face was grim. "We could probably gather no more than five billion, but doing so would trigger a severe financial crisis for the Dominion. Many subsidiary companies would go bankrupt."
Before he could finish, Talia shot up from her chair. Her expression was resolute and fierce.
"We can't worry about that anymore! As long as we can save my brother, the entire Blackwood Dominion can be gone!"
Joric understood immediately. He nodded and agreed to start mobilizing the funds, acknowledging Talia's authority as the second-largest shareholder in Kaelan's absence.
